What is a 100 MB test file?
One hundred megabytes is a hard wall in several places. Cloudflare's Free and Pro plans reject request bodies larger than 100 MB with HTTP 413, and GitHub blocks any file larger than 100 MiB. AWS suggests switching to multipart uploads for objects of about this size.
A file this size is the natural test for the edge of a proxy or CDN upload limit, and for whether a client splits large uploads into parts.
